unable to pause catalog

Hello, Community! I am trying to fix all status 1 jobs and  this warning on 2 clients: Content Indexing Server: unable to pause catalog: System (some files may not get backed up) Content Index...
7.1.x and Earlier
Backing Up
Backup and Recovery
NetBackup

    This can be switched off if not required or you could look at the following (quite old) TechNote which explains how you could script this so that it's stopped & then started automatically for the backup:
