Vendor Support availability.

Hi all, A small doubt... Will i get vendor support for 6.5 version(clients),but master server is netbackup 7.5. can any one share vendor supported version documents, thanks in advance. Li...

    6.5 is not supported anymore. My experience has been that if your master/media is on a supported version but your client is not, you can still open a case and do some troubleshooting with Veritas but if it apperas  the issue is possibly on the client side they will ask you to upgrade the client before doing any further work on the case.
