Unable to see cleaning media

I also faced same issue. Then I had created bar code rule under Inventory Robot ==> Advanced option. Here you have give some initials (at least 3) of your barcode available on cleaning tape and then specify the type as cleaning tape.
Restart the netbackup.
Then delete the cleaning tape from media list and again do inventory robot.
Note:- At the time of creating barcode no cleaning tape should be present in robot inventory or you can delete and again do inventory robot for clening tape.
