My NetBackup Self Service web gui work slow on some computers, but on another computers it work fine. Thus my question is: how i could optimize Netbackup Self Service performance.
We have added more RAM GB to web server. Now it work fine.
Firstly we would recommend running the database and web(IIS) on seperate servers, which can off course be virtual.
However working well on some and not others may point to your local network having issues. Is there any actions which appear slow consistantly across all machines? maybe drilling down into a machine or performing a certain action?
Remember NSS is sitting on top of NBU, so is dependant on NBU to do most of the 'heavy lifting'
How many computers do you have, backup images, master servers etc, (this info is on the home page )

Database and web running on separate servers. NBU work fine.
NSS is in testing mode now, i have 1 master server, 1 media server, 3 computers and 130 backups.
OK that all sounds good, what process are slow?
