    Your AIX 7.1 server is not supported with SF 4.0. 
    SF 4.0 support reached EOSL in 2011.

     AIX 7.1 is only supported as from SF 5.1 SP1 PR1.

    Please see https://sort.symantec.com/checklist/install#report

    You will need to upgrade/replace SF with a supported version.
