IS "Windows Server IoT 2019 for Storage" SUPPORTED?

Does "System Recovery"  support "Windows Server IoT 2019 for Storage" even though it is not specified in the compatibility list? For your reference,There seems to be the following description on the...

    Unfortunately System Recovery does not support Windows Server IoT 2019 for Storage. I confirmed the answer to Engineering previously.
