Old forum's Rewards points

I had more than two months to log on to the forum due to other activities, so I miss information.

Where are the old Reward points? Are the points expire?

    I believe that the rewards points stopped about 6 months ago, well before the forum migrated.

    Stopped in May to be precise after they were extended. Rewards still exist on the Symantec Connect forums.........

      And , all points are lost ?

      Is there any procedure to redeem them?

        Sorry my friend - it's all gone.... :smileysad:

        There were posts on the Forums with details of end of rewards and a date by when they had to be redeemed.

        Pity that nothing was mentioned in the monthly Connect email newsletter.
