UPDATED whitepaper on EV Social Media and IM Archiving

Hi all

I’m pleased to announce an updated version of the following whitepaper; “Archiving and eDiscovery of Social Media and Instant Messaging”.  Written by Liam Finn (TFE), with input from Dave Scott (PM) and Ron Ruggles (PM), and now with a lot of additional content by Allison Walton (one of our crack team of eDiscovery attorneys), this paper now contain additional sections on how the third party solutions are licensed, to how to engage with the partner, and a very comprehensive section covering the applicable legislation around social content and IM archiving and eDiscovery.
