11d for exchange 2003

I am trying to backup my exchange box but get an error saying I need to have vff installed on the media server.  I never received/purchased the cd for installation and the error leads to a suggestion to reinstall the application (it says an install with the trial and then applying the lic keys is a problem).  Where do I get this software and do I have to do a complete reinstall of the product (possibly loosing my jobs)?  Can I purchase the media now that 12 is out?

    BE12 is available for download as a 60 day trial, i suggest you down load that and then add your license keys to the trial at anypoitn to make it a fully registered version. No need for a media cd the trialware downlaod is the full version. ( andd you can get it quicker than awaiting a cd in the post)
