B2D device 'Low disk space'???

I have four B2D jobs. The Exchange job fails due to insufficient disk space. I notice the Device says 'Low disk space.' There is no reserve set. So I free up space and it still says 'Low disk space.' The only way I can fix this is to delete the device and create a new one. Is there a better way?!? Thanks.

    Are you using GRT with Exchange? Backup Exec has a problem with it, not being able to recycle the IMG folders.

    Also, you should establish Overwrite protection periods so when it expires, Backup Exec removes old data with new.
