Best Practices

I am looking to retain 4 weeks of data, I have 2 Reo (Overland VTL) @ 2 TB each.

I have 10 servers that I backup on these 2 Reo, but until recently I was only writing to 1 Reo (I ran out of space). I found that 1 of my servers full backup was 370 GB, I filled up 1 Reo in 3 weeks. I have now stopped backing the 370 GB server to the primary Reo and begun writing to my alternate.

I eventually want to write all jobs to both Reo's (for offsite storage) but I cant afford to keep a weekly back up of my 370GB server.

My questions are:

1) What are the best practices for media overwrite on my 370GB server if I want a retention period of 30days or last Monday of every month, but only running 2 fulls a month? I am thinking full backup every 14days starting on Sunday night and incrementals for 2 weeks.

2) Any media (on VTL) after 30 days I want to recycle, how and where can I specifically set this up?

Please point to any documentation, manuals or refer to common knowledge of backing up.
