Concurrent writes to two robotic drives with one backup job

I have a quantum autoloader with two robotic drives. However, my backup job only writes to one drive at a time. The free backup software that came with the drive wrote to both jobs concurrently. I upg...

What is your recommendation for splitting a backup into multiple jobs. I have one server, and want to do a full backup. The server is Windows 2003 Small Business Server. I have exchange and several SQL Server 2000 MSDE databases. The server is on two partitions with a total size of approximately 160GB.
