Contacting Support for issue

I am a government employee and I am positive that we do not have a maintenance contract with symantec. Is there
"per incident" support for backup exec 10.d. In addition, what telephone number would I call to get this support.
 
I basically have a server that continually freezes and becomes un-responsive about 1 minute or so into a backup.  If I wipe all the B2D media, it will sometimes continue on, however, it will also freeze while doing a tape backup.
