Desktop & Laptop Option for PST

hi,

I have installed the Desktop & laptop features on my backup exec 11d and has tried to backup remote client's outlook PST .

Remote client outlook's PST file is opened and backup does not occurs whenever there are new mails arrives or rather when changes are made.

i have ensure that i have deployed remote advanced open file option on the machine too,but yet it still couldn't work.

So i would like to know if Desktop & laptop feature works for open PST file. thanks.

    Have you checked under Desktop & Laptop Console, setup, profile, your profile, options, mail options that you have enabled message level incremental backup of PST files?
