How Do I Configure a Grayed Out 'Alert Category' ????

Hello All, I would like to configure several alert categories. All of which being grayed out are unavailable. Is it possible to turn on these alert categories and make them available? Doyle
10.x and Earlier
Backup and Recovery
Backup Exec

    Hi,

    Please specify the alerts that are grayed out?

    There are some alerts which are system defined alerts. We can not configure them.
