Jobs error out while trying to connect to remote agent on media server

All of my jobs are erroring out while trying to connect to the backup exec remote agent on a specific server.  However the server it is trying to connect to is the media server and shouldn't be using anything besides the local agent if I am not mistaken?
 
Anyone have any ideas of something I'm overlooking?  Thanks for your input!

    Do you happen to see 2 entries for that server listed in the backup portion of the job log?

    Actually yes I do... the first shows as being completed, the second looks like it just failed.

    Edit the job and go to the selections for that server.  Remove the selections for shadow copy and system state. Submit the job.  Now edit the job again, reselect both of those. Submit the job again.  Now run the job again, it should be corrected.
