Mailboxes visible when backup on Disk, not visible when Backup on Tape

Hello we are using BE 11.0 Rev. 7170 on windows 2003 SP1 32 bits and the installed updates are:

SP1,HF18,19,20,17,21,22,23,24,27,26,25.

 

After backuping the mailbox database ofa remote Exchange 2007 SP1 server we cannot access the list of mailboxes in the restore job if the backup has been done on our HP 1/8 Tape Autloader but if we do the backup on the disk (NTFS folder local to the BE server) we see all of them without any problem.

 

Any solution/workaround ?
