Thank you Joshua and Dan for working on this. I really thought reverting to RDXmon v1.12 was going to work but it did not. Unplugging the RD1000 after a backup job is our only easy solution. Again, there may be a series of services that we can stop, perform ejects and then start services but if the user has to do much more than hit an eject button and put in a new cartridge it is pretty much a bad solution. This unplugging/eject is not horrible but admittedly a pretty poor solution.
Unfortunately, this client is not local to me and I am not at their facility often. Please let me know what you find or if you would like to me try things I can do it say once a day.

P.S. We are a hair away from abandoning Symantec Backup Exec altogether as well.
