Remote agent for Windows Servers service failed to start after reboot

When I reboot one of my servers, the Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers service fails to start.

 

This is what is says in the event log:

The Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers service failed to start due to the following error:
Waiting for a process to open the other end of the pipe.

When I log into that server I can go into services and click on start, and the service starts up and runs fine until the next time I reboot that server.

 

The service is using "Local System Account" for its logon.
