browsing cluster-ressources takes 45 minutes

I installed the remote agent on my two cluster nodes. when I´m trying to select resoources for backup from the nodes it takes up to 45 minutes until ressources are displayed. the same effect occures when trying to access the virtual nodes or the virtual server.

can someone help me?

    Please try the following on both the nodes as well as the Media server.

    - Is the version of the remote agent on the remote servers same as that of the Media server?
    - Are you backing up any databases?
