Cumulative Synthetic Backups
Greetings All!
I am hoping some of the great minds that read this forum can help.
I have a policy backing up one folder. It is scheduled to run a full on Thursday nights, hourly Cumulative Incrementals from 7 am to 11 pm, and a Synthetic Cumulative Incremental every night at 11:30.
The full and hourlys work fine but the Synthetic does not. The Detailed Status of the jobis posted below.

From readin the log i thought that i configured something wrong, so i double checked everything. Then i tried to do a full synthetic back up and that works just fine. I am running out of things to check, so any ideas are welcome.
