Differential Backup failed error 71

I got this error message today for the first time. Can anybody shed some light on this. My backups have been working fine. I got this message only on a bunch of policies that I have setup to backup individual share folders from my file server. That is one policy backs up one share folder and the other policies back up other shares folders. I am guessing the customers are deleting files as we are trying to cleanup the file server as instructed by management.

did  you check if the Client having the Path U:\CIO Software accesiable?

as your are saying share folder, does it shared from other server or  it is sharing to other servers?

  • 1) Is the Bakup selection list the file path correctly ? Verify it by checking on the server and compare.

    2) Do the file list contains network path ? If yes then Netbackup client service must set to get start with a account who has permission to network path.
