To fully protect Windows Server 2003, you must select Shadow Copy Component
Hi, I've been recently getting this shadow copy error, but it appears all my data is backing up, however, I would like it to sucessfully complete the job. I think I got the solution, but I am not sure where to get the hotfixes. Can anyone help with the below message? I assume you are using 9.1, Build 4691.1??? Have you installed the Hotfixes and Service pack yet? Most installations that I would call normal would benefit from HF1, SP1, HF19, HF26, (HF27 if you use IDR), HF31, HF32 and (HF33 if you use Exchange). In that order. Also get the latest Device Driver file. You can piggyback the updates and just do 1 reboot at the end. Make sure the account you are using for the logon account is a Domain Admin level account.
