The Complete error is Windows- delayed write failed. Then it explains "Windows was unable to save all the data for the file \Device\CDrom1\Veritas\B2D\B2D000009.bkf. The data has been lost. This error may be casued by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try ro save this file elsewhere." I have windows 2000 Server Sp4. I am backing up to an internal IOMEGA Rev Drive. This message keeps popping up after every few hundred KB's. Anybody here have a Clue?HELP!!!!! Having problems overwiting.Hello everyone! I have a win 2000 advance server with a backup exec for windows 2000. I also have an IOMEGA REV drive. I am not too familiar with The overiting process with Backup Exec. I am basically confused. Here is the problem: I have 5 backuptapes for the five days of the week. I would like to backup every weekday except weekends. I would like my backups to be full backups. No Infinite appending. I would like them to overwite everyday for example, Last tuesday's backup will be overwritten by this Tuesday's backup and ect. How can I do that with Backup Exec's overwrite protection?? How many days should i set it too?
