Add external users in pgp universal server (3.3.1)
Recently I configure a pgp server withNETSHARE & WDE but withoutEMAIL Encryption. My server is working fine.recentlyI add a external userkey (I get this key from other company). But when I encrypt any file through external user key its showing error (anADK for a key was not found). Hi, I am setting up service desk 7.5 in my environment. My question is how to select only SubCategory to for specific classification without inherit the rule to Main Category.When i add condition for example: Classification -Is Specific Classification -"Hardware.Notebook.Fax". When i apply this the rule, all the category along the path inherit the rule as well. I have several sub category having Fax in the list,so i dont think can use keyword to define it specificly. 1.When I receiving item, I don't know I should choose which choice in "the items should be received as".
