ServiceDesk 7.5 - Hide KB Search and Change Report icon and its fuction on All User Screen

Hi Fellas,
Is that a way to hide KB Search pane and Change Report Icon from end user(All User) screen.
This is only needed for end user and should be viewable by the rest of other group.

The Change Report option is controlled by the web parts configuration. You can easily remove this by editing the page settings. You can also delete the Search KB web part from the page as well.
