CA Database Schema - SQL Querying
Hi there - I am currently looking to build some custom SQLqueriesagainst the CA database but am struggling to understand the various tables and their relationships. Is anyone aware of where I can find a data relationship diagram, CA data model schema, or data dictionary to assist? As a temporary option, I am looking at the IntDiscoveredItems table which I understand are similar to the alerts produced when certain hotwords are hit. However I am unsure how to link this table back to the IntHotwordID table? Any help is much appreciated.1.6KViews0likes2CommentsData Insight User Activity Deviation/Monitoring/Trigger - Access denied or reads?
I have a potential client who is asking about the User Activity Deviation functionality of Data Insight. They want to know if it can trigger alerts based on number of access attempts or denies? I know it can trigger based on access or read attempts and there are thresholds for that. But they want it to trigger on access denied and just accessattempts. I know the read/writes and other things are monitor but could not find anything in the 4.5 admin guide on that specifically and do not have access to the DI console at the moment. Thanks! Hello. I am trying to find items with one search that matches the following in English: subject or content (blue and car) or (red and car) or (yellow and car) or(blue and boat) or (red and boat) Tried the following in DA: subject or content: blue red yellow +car subject or content: blue red +boat When I run this search it seems like it is finding only those items that match on car AND boat or blue or red or yellow. Thanks in advance. Analytics is NOT enabled for the case. -Tammy449Views0likes2CommentsMeta Data and regular expression seach in DA
Hi , I have EV 10.0.4 deployed, and have Journal archiving enabled (Exchange 2010). On top of that I have Discovery Accelerator 10 installed. My question is around search, in partiular, can it do the types of searches that are listed below:- 1) Document Metadata searches: So if you right click on a word document, and select the Details tab, would a DA search find any of the information there ? 2) Regular expressions search Can searching use regular expressions, so for instance can I search for National Insurance numbers, which are in the following format:- <letter><letter><number1><number2><number3><number4><numbe5r><>number6<letter>, such as AB123456P I don't need to find a particular NI number, but would like to find ALL occurances of NI numbers, ie any occurance of <letter><letter><number1><number2><number3><number4><numbe5r><>number6<letter>? In the same way as that I would want to check for credit card numbers, which is a something like 4 sets of 4 numbers Any help would be appreciated regards Jim786Views0likes3CommentsAudit log information and SharePoint reports
Hi, I am trying to determine what precisely some of my DI reports are telling me. Specifically, related to the Access details report, it is my understanding that SharePoint audit logsdifferentiate between a "view" (e.g.,going to a site or a library) and a "read" (e.g.,opening an item on a site or a library), but it does not appear that DI access reports maintain that distinction- everything appears to be a "read". So the question is: does DI differentiate between "view" and "read" events in SharePoint (2010). If so, can we create a report that shows who has accessed a SharePoint site, but not read anything? Thanks.2.7KViews4likes1CommentDI Reporting Issue
I attempted to add my questionsas acomment on a similar DI Reporting Issue forum, but I'm not sure if my response was received. Here is my question: I have ran into a couple issues with reporting in DI: Is there a way to display more than the top 5 of users when the “include custom attributes of user” radio button is selected? To put this into context, see the attached report titled "Raw-AccessSummary.xlsx". In this scenario, I have selected toshowTitle and Country, but it only shows the information for the "Top Users". Stemming from the first question, I've noticed that outputsgenerated by reports with the same queries, but in different categories, yield different results. To put this into context, see the attached report titled "Raw-InactiveUsers.xlsx". In this situation, I've selected Titleand Country and itdisplays all oftheInactive Users; however, in the Access Summary report (first attachment) when I selected the same thing, it onlydisplays the top users (as stated above). Please let me know if there is a quick fix to these issues, and thanks for your help!! Hi- I am running Discovery Accelerator 9.0. I am searching for 4 email addresses in the To/From fields. The search is limited to a journal archive. My question is, when the search results are presented, are they deduplicated automatically? The search results returned 109,000 items. Does Discovery Accelerator, behind the scenes, perform deduplcation during the search process? I've read a ton of material, but its not clear to me whether deduplication is something that I have to elect to do, or if it is done by default.Solved1.1KViews0likes2CommentsCompliance Accelerator with Mailbox Archiving
I am trying to use Compliance Accelerator to search user's mailbox archives. I created a new department and marked the Mailbox Archive as searchable. I gave the ev account all the nessecary roles on the department. However when I create a search it doesn't run. I have another department for the journalled mail and I'm able to search that without any issues. Is there some other permission somewhere that prevents me from search mailbox archives?Solved1.6KViews0likes2Comments
