SAN SSO configuration
Hi,
Moved to a new post...the previous query is dead.
You would do it as follows:
1. Connect server and storage to the SAN, and zone the library to see the media server, and any other servers that you want to backup across the SAN.
2. Load Backup Exec and license agents as needed on every server that will backup across the SAN.
3. Run the SAN SSO configuration on the primary server, and then on each of the other servers.
4. Create your jobs and run your backups.
Check the links below for more information, and also consult your version of BE's Admin Guide which will give you a lot more information. If you are using BE 2010, then SAN SSO is a licensed option on its own. If you use BE 2012, you need the Enterprise Server Option (ESO).

Also make sure that your hardware you want to backup to is supported on the BE HCL for your version.
Thanks!
