I am a newbie forthe clearwell. I have successfullyinstalled the clearwell 7.1.5 on my computer. when I login into the clearwell UI, it asked me for the username and password. Hi, We are looking at importing Load Files into Clearwell currently and are running into issues regarding formatting of the DAT file. We are looking at importing a Concordance Load File from Nuix. Does anyone have any real world experience of doing this, have attempted labs for this import but it's never the same as the data is always predictable and too easy. We are on Clearwell 7.1.2, for a reason unbeknownst to us when trying to log in we get a message of authentication failed [#16005], User ID not found or password was incorrectly typed. I know this to be untrue because I can log in a few hours later using the same credentials. I can log out on one day, come in the next day and try to log in and get the same message. If I come back to it later, my login will sometimes be successful. I've tried restarting services, restarting the device and still get the same thing. This is becoming annoying as there are times when I need to manage some cases with high priority and I'm unable to. Has anyone had this same experience and have a solution/workaround? Is there a way to manually change the LDAP address outside of the Clearwell application, i.e. a configuration file somewhere? The original LDAP settings pointed to a DC that has been decommissioned and needs to be updated to a current LDAP DC. Unable to log in using a local CW account because I noticed on another CW8.1 installation the local account radio button switched to "Enterprise" login after upgrading to 8.1 from 7.3 Thanks. I know its probably taboo to post a quetsion like this and ask for information so many people arent willing to share (why I dont know), but I dont see why it hurst to ask. I am curious about best practices others are adhering to in backing up their cases/servers. Because of the current CW architecture, backups in my opinion are troublesome. Aside from random failures (i posted another topic about this) I have always found the process that is needed to fully backup and prepare for BR/DR to be very cumbersome with Clearwell. Do you agree? Hopefully v8 and the support of Virtualization will help this. But does anyone care to share how many days of backups they are keeping? Are you still doing node backups? And if so, why? Do you provide clients with specific terms&conditions about nightly backup windows, not allowing case/system access during certain times, and if not, how are youensuring you get nightly backups and dont miss them because of clients accessing cases? How do you workaround/decide/manage taking backups vs processing or OCR'ing data overnight? You see where I am going with all this. There are more questionsthan this that I havebeen grappling with Clearwell for years. These are topics I find to be in constant flux, requiring constant revision, because there just doesnt seem to be a very efficient way of protecting/backing up the CW environment. Dont you agree? In the pull down box of the "Fields to Search" section, there is no option for a "body" content only search.
