what's the default password for the clearwell 7.1.5
I am a newbie for the clearwell. I have successfully installed the clearwell 7.1.5 on my computer. when I login into the clearwell UI, it asked me for the username and password. Is there a way to manually change the LDAP address outside of the Clearwell application, i.e. a configuration file somewhere? The original LDAP settings pointed to a DC that has been decommissioned and needs to be updated to a current LDAP DC. Unable to log in using a local CW account because I noticed on another CW8.1 installation the local account radio button switched to "Enterprise" login after upgrading to 8.1 from 7.3 Thanks. Currently using Clearwell eDiscovery Platform version 7.1.5. I added new data to the source data and discovered new files for source and some PST files were corrupt. I replaced the corrupt PST files with files that are fixed and those files are now shown as to be processed in the Manage Sources tab. I then performed the start processing without discovery and now these file sare still shown as "To be processed". As we use EV, the default settings for Custodian Assignment in the collection task did not associate a custodian with the resulting documents. I went back and selected to, 'Create a new custodian using the archive's email adddress' under 'If no match is found:' for each of my 5 collections. and re-ran them for custodian assignment only. I can now see Custodian Data in the Collections > Analytics chart/table. Custodian data also appears in the Collection Sets Charts. Without a clear idea of what else needed to be done, I have tried to re-run post processing and to process without discovery. I still do not see custodian metadata in the Analysis & Review section however. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?Solved929Views0likes2Comments
