Aptare Integration with ServiceNow and Incidents
Judging by the small amount of questions in the forum, it doesn't seem that many people are using Aptare or their installs are perfect. I'll be hopeful though.
Is anybody using Aptare with ServiceNow? We have integrated it and it is creating the Incidents as can be seen in the notes in the job details in Aptare. In ServiceNow however, the Incidents are gone, they are deleted upon creation. Anyone run into this?
