Compatibility NBUITA with Netbackup Version
Hi guys, do you know where can I check compatibility NBUITA with Netbackup Version?
Actually my NBU is 10.0.0.1 and NBUITA 11.3.0.3 and I want to do upgrade for version 11.4, can I do that? Thanks.

The NetBackup IT Analytics Certified Configuration Guide has the information you are seeking. It's fine to upgrade the ITA portal to the latest release. From the 11.4.02 CCG:
8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 9.0, 9.0.0.1, 9.1, 9.1.0.1, 10.0, 10.1, 10.1.1, 10.2, 10.3, and 10.4.
SLP, NetBackup v7.7 and higher.

The Data Collector makes calls to various NetBackup CLI (Command Line Interface) commands, such as bpdbjobs. These commands are a standard component of the NetBackup product and NetBackup IT Analytics requires that they are operational as per the NetBackup specifications.

NetBackup Application data collection is supported on NetBackup BYOD and Appliances form factors like NetBackup Appliances (equivalent versions 2.7.x version onwards), Flex, and Flex Scale Appliances. Centralized data collection is supported using CLI method as well as SSH/WMI interface.

NetBackup IT Analytics Resources Monitor probe requires NetBackup IT Analytics Exporter to be installed on NetBackup Primary Servers.
