What are pre-requisites to send SNMP traps from Alta IT analytics to On-premises servicenow

Hi Team,We are having Backup infrastructure built on-premises and integrated with Alta view for manage and monitor backup jobs. I need help on sending Alerts via SNMP traps instead of mail. I am unable to find pre-requisites such aswhat ports need to open between Alta IT Analytics to on-premises servicenowI am unable to find Alta IT Analytics SNMP integration guide, pre-requisites, level of access, any software to install in servicenow etc.appreciate if anyone can help
