.nsf file in use, skipped

Hello, thank you for your reply . I edited the job and deselect blocking files,but this time i have a new error message of failig backup as show below.Any idea please?   Etat ...

    1) Run your Domino backup as a seperate job.

    2) Make sure you are not running any Domino housekeeping jobs, like Fixup or Compact, when the backup is running.

    3) The file skipped could be corrupted.  Run Fixup and Compact on it before trying to back it up again.
