A failure occurred querying the Writer status

    Hi,

     

    You can follow the troubleshooting steps below then:

    1. Rebooting the server affected by this. Rebooting normally fixes this, and you can confirm it by running: vssadmin list writers again and checking that all writers are stable and running.

    2. reregistering the VSS *.dlls. This can be done while the server is online, and again run the vssadmin command to verify all is well. Check the TN below:

Another small question

Since this is a SBS server this holds many roles including but not limited to domain controller/DNS/DHCP/MS Exchange/SQL and SharePoint.

Do you think if this script will affect any of these?
