Access Denied Error when backing up 0xe0008488

I receive the following in my job log:

Backup- E: Data Array
V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.
Access denied to directory .
Access is denied to Remote Agent.  Check the login account for the specified device.

Job ended: Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at 2:40:36 AM
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0008488 - Access is denied.
Final error category: Security Errors

For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-33928

I looked at the refering documents and going through them it shows that everything is setup OK.  One document http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/256057.htm points to another document that is non existing any more, http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/266178.htm

In BE I run a test to see if it can access the data and it says that the account is OK and can log into all of the devices needed.

Many of the posts in here on this error point to Exchange but I am not running Exchange on these systems so that is NOT the problem.

account that I am using is the domain admin account and can access anything at all on the drive and any other files on the network.

Any ideas how to clear up this error?  This is the only one I am getting.

Thanks!

If a Symantec rep actually reads this also, some suggestions.  You need to put on your site stating that there is on email support for this product rather than after picking email, putting in all the required information and then get a message that there is no email support and use the forums.

Also in the above message you will see as stated a link to a file is broken, either the file is missing or the link is just pointing to the wrong place.  Can you fix this and send me the file that it is refering?

James
