Agent is seeing, but does not work

Hello, I am using:

Symantec Backup Exec 12 for Windows Servers

Backup Exec 11d for Windows Servers Linux/UNIX/Macintosh & NT4 Agents

Remote agent for Linux is seeing in Favorite Resources in Symantec Backup Exec 12 for Windows Server. If I try to click on this agent,  I've got a message: "An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of venus.company.ru".

Can you help me? What did I do incorrectly?
