Back up failing

Our back ups are failing, this has happened for last few days. i get the below error but when i look it up on your website it says that it doesnt exist.

Back up exec 10 with latest patchs and windows 2003 SP1

Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xffff84bb - 0xa00084bb (2684388539)
Final error category: Other Errors

I have cleaned the tape drive and run WxR tests which are all fine.

Please advise ASAP

    Please can someone from Veritas identify the event ID for me then i will be able to move forward.

    Are you backing up remote server?
    Are you backing up databases like exchange, sql or lotus?
    Please elaborate the exact error message.

    Are you backing up databases like exchange, sql or lotus? - Yes we're backing up Lotus Domino database's i have the agent for this from yourselves
