Backup Exec 12.5 Database Maintenance Failure Maintenance has failed: 11, Check database failed

Greetings from sunny Hawkes Bay, New Zealand
We have just upgrade from 11d to 12.5 on an SBS 2003 Premium server.
We are getting a daily Event as shown below

The previous backup Job in this case ended: Friday, 24 April 2009 at 3:20:48 a.m. so there is no conflict with
the BE12.5 Tools - Options - Database Maintenance which has been set at 5:10am but runs at 4:10am
(Is Daylight Savings Time an issue?)

Can anyone please advise
a) whether we should ignore this error
b) what is the cause and / or fix for the error

    ISSUE:  Backup exec database maintenance failing

    ERROR CODE/MESSAGE: Failing on consistency check

    ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS:
    Windows 2003 SBS
    Backup Exec 12.5

    SOLUTION/WORKAROUND:

    DLO was also installed so we did not know which database was inconsistent.
    DLO was not being used so we uninstalled the DLO
    Ran the consistency check again
    This time it was successful

    Status after http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/264625.htm procedure.
    Error: The check of the database failed

    Status after http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/265180.htm procedure.
    Error: The data repair operation failed.

    Status after http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/279751.htm procedure.
    Confirmed maintenance timing is outside backup time. Noted that Maintenance time was set for 6:10am but actually started at 5:10am. I presume timing is affected by northern hemisphere Daylight Savings time even though the server is set for the southern hemisphere zone in which it resides!!!!!!
    Stop services was successful.
    "Check Database Consistency" produced same error as previous.
    "Rebuild Indices" completed without error.
    "Repair Database " did produce no error but a subsequent  "Check Database Consistency" produced same error as above again.

    Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    have your SQL DBA get a backup of the databases...then execute ...
                         dbcc checkdb (bedb) with no_infomsgs
    then follow the recommendations of the SQL server

    Thank you for your response.
    We continue to get  the daily event as above.
    I am our SQL DBA as well so I will try your suggestion as soon as possible.
