Backup Exec 15 catalog error

After moving backupexec database to a new SQL server I started to see tenthousands of warning messages complaining about: ODBC access error. Possible lost connection to database or unsuccsesful acces...

You should have one more error accompanying this in the event viewer. Can you provide us that error as well.

    I have two events i application log::
    1:
    Update to catalog index (Catalog index database) failed.
    Reason: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]An error occurred in the Microsoft .NET Framework while trying to load assembly id 65603.
