Netbackup MSDP media open error 83 on duplication stage in SLP to PureDisk

I'm trying to set up an SLP to backup to MSDP and duplicate the images to a native Puredisk storage unit. Backups work sucessfully, but we're having issues with the duplication of the imag...
With the assistance of support we enabled logging on the media server for Puredisk. Although we had a capacity based license, it transpired that the issue was related to a missing license component.
