Backup Exec 2010 - V-79-57344-794 - Error: Unable to query the Team database meta-data.

Hi Guys,

I hope you are able to help.

I am having a very strange issue at the moment when I am trying to backup my Sharepoint 2010 Environment using the Sharepoint Agent. When I run the backup it fails each day with the below error message,

I have spoken to support who have advised to upgrade the software to BE2010 R3 as it is a known issue in the platforms before this release which I have. I am still receiving the same error. 

This is where the strange part comes in, I have two sharepoint environment's one which is local to the backup server which backsup the local sharepoint farm with no issues. The second sharepoint server is remote and I am trying to back this up using the Sharepoint agent and receive the below error.

 

Any help would be great.
