Backup Exec 2010 R2 restore error

Using B Exec 2010 R2 with Vsphere 4. I have Made a full and a incremental backup of a VM, GRT enabled.
This works very vell. I can even browse individual files in the restore selection after.

I'm having this same issue. I'm trying to restore individual files on GRT enabled VM backups. None of them are working. Straight machine backup are working. This is not very good. I shall call tech support for the nth time.
