Backup exec 2012 Licensing

Hi all

My problem is when I installed backup Exec 2012 I have come up with the following licensing problem:

I imported the .slf files which gave me the appropriate serial no's and clicked on the next button. The following screen gives me the same serial no's and I click on them in order to install and license the product. 

A screen then appears saying" A serial number for the Backup Exec product must be entered to add options."

But I've added muliple serial no's to activate multiple features.

    But you have not entered the serial number for Backup Exec Media Server.

    Without that no options/agents can be installed.

    Attached is the screenshot taken from a CASO setup with 3 media servers. You can see Backup Exec 2012 licenses 3 numbers.

    Aggreed, however I did not get that particular license file.

    Ive even checked on the site... no help.

    i presume that it is a new install not an upgrade.

    Check for the following in the papers you received from Symantec.

    "SYMC BACKUP EXEC 2012 SERVER WIN PER SERVER STD LIC EXPRESS BAND S "

    If not available, contact vendor/licensing team. I would prefer contacting the vendor.

    I have spoken to the vendor and am currently awaiting their feedback.

    Hi , how can i retrieve all information on the license purchased and installed on the media server ? For example : the purchase date , the expiry date , the device info etc.
