I'm using Backup Exec 2012 Ver 14.0 on Windows Server 2012 R2.
currently I can't do restore with error "Unable to Create the Restore Job" with Unknown Reason:{0}."
I had tried to update with SP 4, but still no luck.
Need help.
Finally after reindex database, problem solved.

having said that, you may want to check the software compatibility list for BE 2012 ,to ensure the OS is supported for BE 2012.

just for the info, actually I can restore last time two or three weeks ago without issue.
