Backup Exec 2014

I have a problem with backup exec 2014 SP1 operating system windows server 2008 R2 enterprise, not supporting Linux virtual server redhat enterprise server V7.0 release. I have already installed the agent on the linux server and everything went successfully, but when making the connection with the backup exec server I get the error "the server was Unable to complete the requested operation." I reviewed the agent on the linux server is active, and the compatibility matrix shows that it is compatible with the version of linux.

    On the Linux server, disable IPv6.

    Is the RALUS service running ? Do you receive any error when starting the service using this command:-

    /etc/init.d/VRTSralus.init start

    Are you able to ping the Linux server from the BE media server via IP address and name ?
