So I am trying to install the Linux agent that is on the dvd but it keeps giving an error which is the following
[root@server agent]# ./installralus.cmd
./installralus.cmd: line 1: if: command not found
./installralus.cmd: line 3: REM: command not found
./installralus.cmd: line 29: syntax error: unexpected end of file
Any ideas?
You update your BE to the latest fix and then use the RALUS agent under the Remote Agent folder on the BE Server.
Sorry I forgot about this as I went on vacation
The only file that is in the Agents folder is ralus1193.1009HF142019.tar.gz which is the hotfix update but that does not work as it requires the full agent first, as it gives this error
Not a valid Backup Exec version to upgrade from.... exiting
