Backup Exec console crashes on open

Question

&nbsp;I had Backup Exec Capacity Edition v16 which suddenly started crashing seconds after trying to open the console and Veritas support suggested upgrading to 20.3 which I did but that also did the same.&nbsp; The result is I cannot use the software now as it will not open.&nbsp;A screen shot of&nbsp;the error is attached if anybody is able to assist please?Thank you
