Backup Exec License Assessment Tool
Hi,
Some of the customers called in and encountered problem regarding incorrect quantity of Backup Exec licenses showing in Backup Exec License Assessment Tool.
License Assessment Tool will only indicate the license keys registered but it will not give the exact number of the specific license keys which already registered on the report tool.
Do we have a knowledge base where we can provide to the customer for reference?
