Backup Exec System Recovery Option

I have just tried to purchase a couple of copies of the Backup Exec System Recovery Option which was historically an option for Backup Exec Small Business Server Edition.  The System Recovery Option was basically a cut down copy of Backup Exec System Recovery.  I have just been told that this option no longer exists with 12.5.

How can I provide this customer with the System Recovery Option functionality if the option has been discontinued?
